Have Physical Share Certificates?

Let Us Help You Understand the Process.

Many investors still hold old physical share certificates belonging to themselves or their family members.
Over time, shareholder details, KYC information, nominee details or other records may need to be updated before the securities can be processed.
At Future Investix, we provide process and documentation assistance for eligible physical-share cases.
Our role is to help you understand the requirements, organize the necessary documents and navigate the applicable RTA/company and Demat procedures.
The exact requirements and processing depend on the company, RTA, nature of the case and applicable regulations.

What is Dematerialisation?

Dematerialisation (Demat) is the process of converting securities held in physical certificate form into electronic form in a Demat account.
SEBI defines dematerialisation as conversion of physical certificates into an equivalent number of securities in electronic form.
Once securities are held electronically, they are maintained through the depository system with the investor as the beneficial owner.
For physical-share service requests, the applicable process may involve the issuer/company, its RTA and the investor's Depository Participant (DP).
